Salad of roasted onions in Gabrovo
Ingredients
8-9 heads (800 g) onion
1 cup (200 g) walnuts
1 tbsp (20 g) rice 15
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
1 tsp (5 g) salt
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil

Method
Onions baked in the oven with shells. When cool, clean of scales and skaltsva. Rice stew in fat and little water until soft, cool and add to the onion together with the ground walnuts, vinegar and salt. The mixture is stirred well and pour into a salad bowl.
