Salad of roasted peppers and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
500 g tomatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1/2 bunch parsley
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
salt
vinegar

Method
Peppers baked, peel, cleaned of seeds and stalks and cut into pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. In salad plates are placed peppers, and on them are the tomatoes. Salad sprinkled with salt and finely chopped onions and parsley and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar.

Delicious traditional salad! In winter, I'm doing it with canned roasted peppers and tomatoes. Intersperse it with the addition of a different kind of onion and other products.
