Salad of roasted peppers with garlic
Ingredients
20 Peppers
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley
salt
Method
Peppers are roasted and Peel, then arrange on a plate, add salt is sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and garlic and pour the vegetable oil and vinegar.
