Salad veiled eggs

Ingredients
1 lettuce
150 g ham
10 walnuts
10 olives
10 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs
salt, pepper
1 clove garlic
Method
Salad wash leaves and arrange on a plate. Top put the chopped ham, olives and walnuts. Prepare a dressing of the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Break the eggs over boiling water and boil it for 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon. Placed on leaves of salad and pour with dressing.
