Salsa Mexicana

Ingredients
1 box (400 g) of diced tomatoes - just drained tomatoes
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2-3 tbsp finely chopped green coriander or parsley
1 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
3 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped chilli

Method
The products are mixed and seasoned with spices. Serve with tortilla chips.
