Salted buns

Ingredients
300 g flour
30 g butter
100 g of cheese or feta cheese
2 eggs
pinch of salt
pinch of paprika
Method
In saucepan boil 1 cup (200 ml) of water with the butter and salt. Pour the flour all at once into the boiling liquid and stir with a wooden spoon several minutes, turn off the heat, until a uniform slurry. Remove from heat and cool down, add cheese and eggs one at a time with constant stirring until the dough take them. On an oiled baking dish using two spoons put buns, which bake 30 minutes in a strong first, and then in a moderate oven.
