Salted eclairs

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter or sunflower oil
1 cup flour
50 g grated cheese (feta cheese, cottage cheese with less salt)
2 eggs

Method
Insert the 1 cup water together with the oil in the pan to boil and then was added in one portion flour. Stir a few minutes at the end of the heater until a smooth dough. Retired court from the fire, add the cheese and cool a dough - one by one egg. On heated oiled pan with a spoon put the mixture and bake for about half an hour - at first in a strong, then in a moderate oven.

I did, and pretzels were very nice. Instead of water I put fresh milk and I added another egg.

recipe is a bit more *diet*. You enriched her. And as I made them with a syringe are fantastic. Bravo!

mimsi, become hollow as all other pastry. If you can fill them with some salt stuffing, but it must be combined to taste with the salt component in whites. But they are very tasty and without stuffing.
