Salted layered cake liver

Ingredients
1 kg pork or veal liver
4 eggs
50 g flour
5 g soda
salt
pepper
3-4 carrots
3-4 onions
400 g mayonnaise
Method
Liver wash, remove the skins and be ground. Add the eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and pepper and mix well. From the mixture was baked pancakes (small sunflower oil). Do not have much to drain. Grated carrots and chopped onions fried in sunflower oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. A pancake is brushed with mayonnaise, spread top of the carrots and onion. The procedure is repeated until the products. Top cake smeared with mayonnaise and garnish optional.
