Salted layered cake liver and omelet

Ingredients
500 g gras
1 onion
2 tbsp flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
mayonnaise
salt, pepper
olives for decoration
parsley

Method
The liver is cut into in small pieces and add the chopped onion and passaged. Add 1 egg, salt, and flour and mix. The mixture is fried like a pancake. The remaining 3 eggs beat with milk, salt (you can add baking soda to the blade tip) and fry omelets. When you are ready, in a suitable container rank of the two species between them put a little mayonnaise. The latter is slightly smeared with mayonnaise and garnish with olives and parsley.
