Salted mini kroasancheta

Ingredients
500 g flour
1 cup yogurt
1 cup pork lard
1 cup margarine
300 g feta cheese
1 tsp baking soda

Method
In a bowl pour the flour. The lard and margarine melt and add to the crumbled feta cheese, yogurt and soda. Pour the flour stirring to make the dough crumbs. Then kneaded nice. Allow to stand for 1 hour in the refrigerator. After the incubation is ripped into balls that are rolled into fine sheets. Sheet is cut in the shape of triangles and each screw from the general to the narrowest part. Bake in preheated oven until browned.
