Salted rolls

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) flour
50 g lard
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
2 eggs
100 g feta cheese
50 g cheese
1 tbsp (5 g) yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) ammonia soda
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
2 tsp (10 g ) caraway or poppy
1/2 tsp (3 g) salt
Method
Of flour, fat yogurt, salt, ammonia soda, sugar, egg white and a whole half of one yolk knead dough, which can also prepare - if you put more or less flour. Since it is rolled rectangular sheet of a thickness of 3-4 mm, which was cut into 3 strips of 5.6 cm wide. Along each strip is placed stuffing made from grated cheese, crumbled feta cheese and whole second egg. Then, the tape is wound along the length, and cut into pieces with dimensions optional. Rolls are coated with the remaining half of the yolk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake in a moderate oven.
