Salted triangles and crescents

Ingredients
1 and 3/4 cup (350 g) flour
175 g of margarine or butter
200 g feta cheese or cottage cheese
60 g yogurt
1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
50 g cheese
2 eggs
salt
Method
Of flour, margarine, crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, baking soda and one yolk knead dough. Roll out the crust thick 0.5 cm. Half of it is smeared with well broken yolk and sprinkle with some finely grated cheese. Top is pressed with a rolling pin. From the prepared crust cut with glass or form crescents. Since the second half of the sheet are cut triangles. In the widest part of each one puts a little mixture of whole egg and remaining grated cheese. It is covered with the tip of the triangle, the top is coated with the rest of the beaten egg-white. Bake in a moderate oven.
