Samsa cheese

Ingredients
120 g margarine
pinch of salt
flour for soft dough
300 g cheese
egg 1
1 clove garlic

Method
In 200 ml warm water to melt the margarine, add the salt and flour and mix a soft dough, which is left to rest for 20 minutes. Grate the cheese, add garlic (chopped or crushed) and egg. The dough is divided into buns. Each roll, put it in the middle of the stuffing and formed into a triangle and are coated with egg. Bake on greased paper with butter until golden 200 C. Optional, before baking can strew sesame.
