Sardine sandwich

Ingredients
200 g of white bread
4 sardines
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
3 stewed peppers or pickled peppers
2-3 olives
1 onion
1 sprig parsley
1 tsp mustard
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Cut out pieces of white bread with dimensions: 7 cm long, 4 cm wide and 12 mm thick, fried in both sides in sunflower oil. Stir chopped peppers, olives, onions and parsley with other products without sardines. Spread the slices with 3/4 of the total amount of sauce, place top half or whole sardines and cover with remaining sauce. Serve immediately.
