Sauce

Ingredients
yolks 3 egg yolks (2 boiled eggs and raw 1)
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
1 tsp mustard
3/4 cup (150 ml) sunflower oil
tarragon
garlic
capers
pepper
salt
Method
Cooked yolks smash right into a suitable container, add vinegar, remaining raw egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, the oil is added dropwise and add chopped tarragon, garlic and capers.
