Ingredients
4 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp flour
500 ml chicken broth
8 tbsp processed cheese
pepper
basil
parsley
Method
The oil is heated. Fry the flour. Then with stirring the broth. The sauce boil to thicken. Reduce heat and add the feta cheese, which was allowed to melt. Add spices to taste the sauce and lightly salt it if needed.
