Ingredients
200 g of cauliflower
100 g potatoes
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Cauliflower is well boiled in salted water, drained and cut into in small pieces. Kneaded and cooked with crushed potatoes, flour and half an egg. Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste and form cutlets. Breaded in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again. So shaped schnitzel fry in hot sunflower oil. Serve warm. When serving on each schnitzel put a piece of butter.
