Ingredients
1 kg spinach
100 g feta cheese
3 tbsp flour
2 eggs
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch parsley
black pirer
salt
Method
Spinach stew for 4-5 minutes, then cut into in large pieces, add the crumbled feta cheese, flour, eggs, chopped onion and parsley, pepper and salt. Mix well and fry cutlets mixture of strong cooker with more fat.

Very tasty, good Mariyanche, much like the recipe, just worried not to crumble when frying!
can not happen there eggs, flour I personally own them cooked only get a little greasy but I put them on a napkin to drain
