Scottish cheeper * *

Ingredients
4 slices of bread
4 yolks
butter
4 tbsp cream
parsley
pepper
salt
sardine pate
Method
Yolks, 40 g butter, cream, salt and pepper warm on low heat until the mixture thickens. Add chopped parsley and toasted bread smeared who previously smeared with sardine butter - made of equal parts butter and sardine pate. Serve immediately.
