Sea chops

Ingredients
300 g squid
salt, pepper
200 g fillet of perch and other fish
2 onions
80 g bread
2-3 tbsp milk
egg 1
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp butter
Method
Squid is cooked in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Remove, dry and ground together with fillet of perch, onions and soaked in milk and drained bread. Add egg, salt and pepper, and stir. From the resulting mince form thick steaks and rolled in breadcrumbs. The oil is heated and steak fry it on both sides. Then roast in a pan with the butter in a moderate oven.
