Seasoning every dish

Ingredients
1.5 kg red peppers
1.5 kg green peppers
1.5 kg carrots
1 kg salt
parsley
celery
Method
Carrots grate. Parsley, peppers and celery finely chopped. The whole was stirred with the salt. Fill in jars. Leave in the refrigerator. This spice is used for any type of dish in the winter.

Such *wet veggie* I did Sunday. However vegetables digest them in bulk. Add onions and 1 kg. Preserved with salt will not spoil the whole year.
