Segetinski goulash

Ingredients
500 g lean pork
2-3 onions
cumin
3-4 rosemary leaves
2 tbsp (20 g) cream
750 g sauerkraut
3 tbsp (30 g) tomato paste
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
salt
500 g potatoes
Method
Pork meat is salted, fried in oil with chopped onion in large pieces, make a little water and stew on low heat. The meat sauce with cumin, chopped rosemary leaves and cream to the boil. Sauerkraut stew until soft tomato puree, the butter and sugar. Cut the meat into slices, place on cabbage and served with boiled potatoes. The sauce is served separately.
