Ingredients
500 g minced meat
100 g sesame
50 g starch
20 ml white wine
2 onions
1 egg
pepper
salt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
sunflower oil
Method
Onions cut into small pieces, mix with minced meat, starch, egg and spices. With wet hands, form small balls that are rolled in sesame. In a deep pot becomes heated sunflower oil and in it fry the meatballs until golden.
