Ingredients
1 pork knuckle
margarine spreads
pepper
pepper
salt
cheese for sprinkling
# For the sauce:
100 g mushrooms
50 g bacon
1-2 carrots
1 onion
1 tomato
1 pepper
60 ml red wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp savory
Method
Jolie put on a baking tray in which pour a little water. Meat smeared with margarine, add salt and sprinkle with red and black pepper to taste. Then the tray is screwed fsunflower with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 220 C. onion for the sauce cut into crescents and mushrooms - slices and fry in a pan with a little sunflower oil.
