Shish kebab on Pirdopski

Ingredients
1 kg boneless mutton
4-5 heads (350 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
parsley
Method
Salt to the chopped meat are added coarsely chopped onion, parsley, crushed pepper and salt to taste. The mixture stand overnight in a cool place. Then put on skewers and bake. Skewers ready to pass unnoticeably in the court in which onion and serve.
