Shoppian caviar

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) cottage cheese or feta cheese
4 tbsp (40 ml) milk
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion

Method
The feta cheese or the cottage cheese is mixed with a little milk. Added gradually and stirring constantly vegetable oil, then red pepper and chopped onion. The mixture add salt to taste and pour in a suitable bowl or plate.

Comments

Super very Goth. It has, however made with fresh onions, finely chopped. Can be covered on the bread.

1. Curd to add a little milk or cream for cooking. 2./ Salt, red and black pepper, basil, oregano, crushed garlic and onion. 5. Mix. 6. Decorations - olives and fennel.
