Shrimp Sahanaki

Ingredients
500 g frozen shrimp cleared
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup grated tomatoes or tomato sauce
150-200 g feta cheese
100-200 g cheese
pepper
cinnamon on a knife
15 g or 1 tbsp basil
1 pinch of rosemary and coriander
Method
Shrimp fry in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes of not very hot fire. Add pepper, cinnamon tip of a knife (but no more), basil, rosemary, coriander, crumbled feta cheese and grated cheese. Allow 5 minutes to simmer and take smells of spices. * If you stay by sahanakite not throw away - boil the penne pasta (short pasta with a hole in the middle and obliquely cut edges) and confusion with the remaining mixture.

A great recipe! This makes it 2 times already. Very fast and very tasty.

Required in Shrimp Saganaki, present and green and red peppers, and some Ouzo, which is used in the sauce.
