Ingredients
2 egg whites
120 g of powdered sugar
lemon juice 1/2
3/4 cup (150 ml) sweet white wine
300 g cream mixing
Method
Egg whites are broken down into hard snow, add the sugar, lemon juice and wine and finally shattered cream. Cream is distributed in 4 cups and wait until the lemon juice and the wine is separated from the foam. Decorate with strips of lemon peel and serve.
