Skewers and peppers salo

Ingredients
850 g salted salo
10-15 (1 kg) peppers
4-5 heads (250 g) onion
Method
Salo cut into pieces 4-5 cm long and 1 cm thick, which is tightly strung on a skewer, as between them put a piece of pepper. Bake on fire from time to time skewer immersed in cold water. When roasted, they pass unnoticeably in a bowl of coarsely chopped onions and fell forward to smother the onions.
