Skewers baby skinless sausages

Ingredients
300 g baby skinless sausages
200 g smoked brisket or salo
200 g mushrooms
heads small onions
Method
Any skinless sausageche wrapped with a thin piece of salo and put on the spit, as alternating with mushroom and onion. Skewers roasted on fire or BBQ. skewer becomes very tasty, if a pre-salo are rubbed with garlic. Suitable furniture are fresh vegetables.
