Skordalya

Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 head of garlic
1 cup milk
3-4 tbsp lemon juice
dill or parsley
crab sticks
salt
pepper
Method
Cook potatoes and peel. While still warm smash with a fork or wooden spoon. Gradually and stirring continuously, add the oil and blend garlic. And add the lemon juice and finely chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, to the resulting mixture add the milk and chopped crab sticks. The whole was stirred with the blade of the mixer upwards, until a homogeneous mixture. With the resulting sauce pour meat roasted on a BBQ or fish.
