Skripalets potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg sorrel or spinach
7-8 (750 g) of potatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt

Method
Vegetables are cleaned and washed, cut into in small pieces and put into a small amount of boiling salted water . After 4-5 minutes add the cleaned, washed and chopped potatoes, and shortly thereafter - smothered in fat onion with paprika. Dish stir well and dovaryava. Serve with yogurt.
