Slaw

Ingredients
1 small white cabbage
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
2 eggs
3 tbsp cream
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned cabbage is placed in boiling salted water, boil for a few minutes, remove and after drain, cut into julienne. The salad is smeared with garlic and put it in tepid cabbage. Separately, mix the oil with the vinegar, add the eggs beaten with cream, salt, pepper and stir in a water bath to thicken. Cabbage, pour the mixture and cooled. Before presenting garnish with parsley.
