Smoked sausages

Ingredients
4 bologna
100 g cheese
150 g salo thinly
few leaves of thyme, savory or marjoram
Method
Sausages are cut at length. Grate the cheese in large pieces and mixed with greenery. With the finished mixture filled the grooves of sausages and every screw in two pieces salo. Cooked on the grill for 3 minutes, until the cheese melted.
