Snow apples

Ingredients
6 apples
# For the filling:
4 tbsp hazelnuts or almonds
4 tbsp raisins
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 vanilla
butter spreads
# For the cream:
egg white 1 egg
100 g sugar
Method
Roasting hazelnuts and when cool mix with raisins, sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar and vanilla. Wash apples, cut out the upper part of their cap. Carving is the core of apples. Put them in a baking dish greased with butter and cropped well put a little butter, then fill with stuffing. Cover with lid and baked for 25-30 minutes. During this time the cream is prepared by stirring the egg white with a half cup of sugar and vanilla. When roast apples are removed from the oven, remove caps are, smeared with cream, put it back cover and baked until golden.
