Solar pickle

Ingredients
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
50 ml vinegar
feferoni peppers

Method
Chorbadzhiyski peppers riddled with needle 5-6 places and stacked tightly in jars compote. In each jar was placed in 1 tbsp of salt and sugar, and 50 ml vinegar. Make up to the brim with water and sealed with new caps. Place in the sun for 40 days. Peppers harvested nice amber color. Harvested cool.

This is a very good recipe. I make it the most regularly and no case I have not received.

40 days in the sun are not a lot of peppers?

No, not much. In this way a fermentation, which protects them from spoilage. The peppers are slightly crispy and very tasty.

eeee, Nelly, how to do? 40 days the sun will collect a whole year! :-)
