Souffle cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 tbsp flour
40 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
pepper, salt

Method
Blooms cauliflower is tear and boiled in salted water, then drain and arrange in a fireproof container or small pan. Separately, fry the butter with of flour. Dilute with milk. Season the sauce with pepper and salt. Allow to boil and remove from heat to cool. Were added one by one 4 yolk, the sauce was stirred continuously. Finally add the beaten whites of snow. The mixture was stirred gently and poured on cauliflower. Soufflé bake in a moderate oven and serve hot.
