Souffle peas

Ingredients
500 g canned peas
500 ml milk
4 eggs
100 g cheese
50 g butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Flour fry 30 g butter until golden. Pour cold milk and stir until it boils. Remove from heat and add the beaten eggs and salt. With the remaining butter smeared baking dish and pour it drained peas. Pour the flour, sprinkle with pepper and grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven until golden.
