Ingredients
carp carp 1
2 onions
2 tbsp parsley
pepper
pepper
dill
Method
Gutted carp is divided in half lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Cut onions and ranks in enameled saucepan line fish line onion. Sprinkle with red and black pepper and salt it. Pour water, add and fat. Boil on low heat. Sprinkle with dill or parsley.
