Soup balls - III type

Ingredients
250 g minced meat
2 carrots
piece of celery
1 pepper
tomato 1
2 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper, salt
parsley
2 eggs
1 small onion
Method
To boiling water add onion, carrot and celery chopped. Add sunflower oil and salt. Of minced meat, meal, cheese and one egg shaped balls, rolled in flour and placed in the boiling broth. After 15 minutes, add the pepper and chopped tomatoes. The finished soup thicken the yogurt and egg, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley.
