Soup of beans and smoked ribs Karakachan
Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) beans
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
400 g smoked ribs
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
mint

Method
Beans, pre-soaked the evening, boil 20-30 minutes, then drain, pour 6-7 cups cold water again and put to boil with smoked ribs till completely soft. Then separate the meat from the bones, cut it to pieces and returned to the beans. Chopped onion, red pepper and flour is smothered in butter plant and also add to the beans. Broth boil for another 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped mint and serve.
