Method
Clean and wash beans soak in cold water for 6-7 hours, then washed again, pour water and boil on medium heat . Add the vegetable oil, onions, carrots and celery, chopped. Later put the peppers, also chopped. At the end of cooking add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and mint. The finished soup add salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
