Soup of Brussels sprouts
Ingredients
700 g Brussels sprouts
1 liter chicken broth
2 yolks
200 g cream
20 g butter
3 tsp (15 g) flour
pepper
nutmeg
salt
Method
Cleaned cabbages are placed in boiling salted water and cook until poluomekvane. Strain, place in a pan with heated butter, sprinkle with flour and fry until brown the flour received.
