Soup with cabbage, leeks and potatoes

Ingredients
200 g cabbage
1 stalk leek
2-3 diced potatoes
100 g canned peas
1 tbsp flour
salt
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
Method
In 3-4 liter saucepan put 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil and put it on the stove to warm up. Then add chopped leeks and cabbage. Stir periodically until the vegetables are soft, and then flour was added. After about a minute browning and with constant stirring, add about 2 liters of hot water and salt. Then add chopped potatoes and leave to simmer until the potatoes are ready. Then peas. If necessary add a little more water and boil for another 5 minutes. If necessary soup dosolyava. Serve with chopped parsley.
