Soup of celery
Ingredients
250 g celery
1 onion
20 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1 l meat broth
1 yolk
200 g sour cream
80 g feta cheese
salt
lemon juice
Method
Grated celery and chopped onion fried in butter. Add flour, fry a little and make the broth. Boil for 10 minutes then remove from heat. With the yolk and cream, broken in a little broth, thicken the soup. Finally add the grated feta cheese and seasoned with salt and lemon juice.
