Soup crumbs

Ingredients
1 cup bread crumbs
30 g butter
salt
pepper
2 yolks
2 sprigs parsley
2 tbsp yogurt
Method
Crumbs fry in the butter until golden brown and place in a saucepan, add 1 liter of hot water, stir well and boil 10 minutes. Then seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, thicken with the egg yolks, add the chopped parsley and yogurt.
