Soup grated zucchini
Ingredients
2-3 (400 g) zucchini
1 bunch fresh onions
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 eggs
1/2 hours. h. (100 g) yogurt
dill
parsley
salt

Method
Onions, finely chopped, and zucchini, grated, is smothered in fat. Sprinkle with flour, stir several times and pour 5-6 cups hot water. Soup, add salt to taste and boil for 20-30 minutes, then thicken with eggs and yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill. Serve hot.

I never rules soup of zucchini, but decided to try this recipe because I liked and I was right. Became gorgeous goodies BRAVO AND THANKS

Wonderful supichka! I added a little grated carrot top with onions and courgettes, and at the end and a handful of vermicelli. Goes to Favorites!
