Soup mashed beans

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) beans
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 root parsley
2 heads (100 g) onion
2 tbsp (20 g) pork lard
1 (50 g) carrots
1/4 head ( 25 g) celery
2-3 cloves garlic
pepper
salt
1-2 slices of white bread
40 g butter
Method
Clean and wash beans pour cold water and boil 10 minutes. Drained, washed again, pour water and put the fire to boil. Add the vegetables, cut into cubes. Boil until soft, rubbing sore through a colander and return to the water in which they are cooked. Make hot water and add the flour, stewed in fat. Soup and add salt dovaryava. Sprinkle with pepper and served with slices of white bread, fried in butter.
