Soup noodles

Ingredients
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
80 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) milk
300 g noodles
1 egg
feta cheese or cheese
Method
Fry flour in the butter and diluted with warm milk. Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and add 1 liter of water. Once boiling add the noodles, boil for 15 minutes and finally bind with the egg. When serving in each dish sprinkle grated cheese or feta cheese.
