Soup in pole

Ingredients
400 g mutton
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 handfuls (500 g) green beans
3 -4 (200 g) potatoes
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
5 tbsp (100 g) yogurt
2-3 cloves garlic
cumin
pepper
salt
Method
Meat, cut into pieces, pour 10 cup cold water and put the fire to boil. Add the onion, finely chopped and stewed in fat with flour and paprika, cumin, garlic and salt. When the meat is tender, add the green beans, cut into small pieces, and potatoes, diced. The soup boil until ready. Thicken with yogurt and serve.
